Refund and Returns Policy

At Southern Lane Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Change of mind returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear without hygiene protection, earrings, and certain personal items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for change of mind returns unless required by applicable law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@southernlanestudio.com.au within a reasonable time after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

How to start a return

To request a return, email returns@southernlanestudio.com.au with your order details and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change of mind returns.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
